This Privacy Policy explains how Notice 21, LLC ("Notice 21," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and Service.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide: your email address (for account access and the weekly digest), and payment information (processed directly by Stripe — we do not store your full card number).

Information collected automatically: the zip codes you search using our free preview tool, so we can measure interest and improve coverage. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

Property and public record data: the listing data we deliver is sourced from public records and licensed third-party data providers — it is not information we collect about you.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide and deliver the Service (weekly digests, dashboard access)
• To process payment and manage your subscription
• To respond to support requests
• To understand aggregate usage patterns (e.g., which areas are most searched) so we can improve the Service

3. We Do Not Sell Your Information

Notice 21 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Third Parties We Work With

We share limited information with the following service providers, solely to operate the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing and billing
• Resend — sending your weekly digest and account emails
• RealEstateAPI — the source of property record and owner contact data included in the Service
• Railway / hosting infrastructure — where our application and database are hosted

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing data they process on our behalf.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, billing, and support purposes. Your full history of delivered leads is retained indefinitely by default so you can access it via CSV export at any time; you may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

6. Your Choices

You can cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support@notice21.com. You can unsubscribe from the weekly digest by canceling your subscription.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (including encrypted connections and access controls) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
